Essential FunctionsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
  1. Monitoring and controlling inventory integrity.
  2. Maintain product identification and location program.
  3. Research inventory discrepancies and ability to reconcile them.
  4. Responsible for completing physical inventories/cycle counts/random or receipt audits/reconciliations.
  5. Track and report non-conforming product.
  6. Resolve inventory problems in a timely manner.
  7. Document damaged product.
  8. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. as part of the job function.
  9. Must be able to pass the forklift certification test and drive a forklift on a daily basis.

  13. Cycle count raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and non-conforming materials on a daily basis.
  14. Utilize Factory Talk to process cycle counts on bulk raw materials.
  15. Utilize Navision software to process cycle counts, review on-hand inventory, current activity, and past activity.
  16. Ensure materials are in proper locations. Conducts searches in order to locate misclassified inventory.
  17. Open cartons, bundles, and other containers to count items and/or weigh materials to determine quantity on hand. Weigh and mark product displaying remaining product left.
  18. Report discrepancies of over/under amounts and any damaged products to supervision - publish weekly and quarterly inventory metrics
  19. Communicate and develop process enhancements as needed (performs root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies and recommends process improvements to eliminate them)
  20. Assist in receiving and put away process for new raw materials and packaging.
  21. Assist in transfers to and from production area.
  22. Breakdown boxes and pallets as necessary to fit shelving.
  23. Scrub and sweep floors on routine basis in conjunction with others.
  24. Ensure all safety rules are strictly observed.
  25. Maintain neat, clean and orderly warehouse appearance.
  26. Ability to work extended hours/over-time as needed as well as some Saturdays
  27. Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures and guidelines.
  28. Ensure proper and full time use of PPE.
  29. Conform to all quality and safety procedures.
  30. Operate a forklift, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment.
  31. Organized thought process with high attention to detail with ability to produce accurate results, effective prioritization to meet scheduled deadlines, and strong analytical and problem solving skills

  33. Proven time management skills with the ability to respond to time-critical issues and work overtime as needed to meet deadlines

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to count and record findings. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, stooping, crouching, carrying items, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee may have to lift and/or move items up to 70 pounds and consistently 55 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time hourly position, and hours of work and days are decided by production and your Manager.
Travel
Travel would be very minimal, if any, and would be primarily local during the business day.
Required Education and Experience
  1. Must have a high school diploma, GED or equivalent for this position.
  2. One year of factory related experience in shipping and receiving.
  3. Relevant warehouse experience within the last 5 years.
  4. Recent experience with Cycle counting/inventory.
  5. Must be able to work efficiently in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment, while keeping correct data.

Preferred Education and Experience
  1. Manufacturing/industry experience.
  2. Inventory experience.
