Job Overview

We are seeking an Inventory Coordinator for a temporary assignment expected to last approximately 2.5 months, starting May 4, 2026.

This role supports inventory accuracy, cycle counting, and production scheduling within a fast-paced supply chain environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage cycle counting processes in the distribution center using established system plans
  • Perform accurate and timely inventory audits and cycle counts
  • Report inventory adjustments and provide performance updates to leadership
  • Support material requirements planning for the Value-Add Department
  • Communicate product demand, availability, and lead times across departments
  • Ensure alignment with production schedules and inventory goals

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience in inventory control, supply chain, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Dynamics 365 preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and multitask effectively
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
