Job Description:

As An Manufacturing Coordinator - Inventory you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

Your Skills and Expertise

• Coordinate and conduct cycle counts, physical inventories, and other inventory-related processes as required by the business.
• Perform on-site cycle counts and physical inventory counts.
• Assist with physical counts of outsourced inventories.
• Execute virtual transactions for outsourced inventories.
• Partner with site employees to ensure proper counting methods and accurate reporting practices.

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications.
Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be considered for this 3M Production role, in compliance with U.S. labor and safety laws.

Required: (Basic Qualifications):

• High school diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start).
• Six (6) months to one (1) year of related work experience in a manufacturing, production, or similar environment in a private, government or military environment.
• Must be flexible to work schedules, shifts, overtime, and weekends as required to support business needs.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience reviewing and analyzing inventory reports, including variance reports and other inventory-related documentation, with a high degree of accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Access.
• Experience using SAP to support inventory management, production, or warehouse operations.

Applicants who meet the basic qualifications above will be required to take and pass 3M elected testing as a part of the selection process.
