Job Summary:
AGM Tech Solutions is a Woman and Latina-owned IT Staffing Firm focused on providing high impact enterprise solutions. They are seeking a highly technical, hands-on engineering leader to architect and scale their digital workplace platform, ensuring the integration of AI capabilities and a seamless user experience.
Responsibilities:
• Architect and scale a modern digital workplace platform supporting growth from 1,100 to 40,000+ users.
• Design and implement enterprise solutions leveraging Akumina and SharePoint Online.
• Ensure high availability, resiliency, security, and performance across the platform.
• Establish architectural standards, engineering best practices, and governance frameworks.
• Lead modernization initiatives across web, content management, search, and employee experience capabilities.
• Design and implement AI-powered employee experiences using modern agentic frameworks.
• Integrate enterprise AI capabilities across Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and third-party AI platforms.
• Develop intelligent agents supporting: Employee self-service, Knowledge retrieval, Workflow automation, Personalized content delivery, Enterprise search and RAG-based experiences.
• Enable interoperability between low-code/no-code platforms and enterprise AI ecosystems.
• Architect integrations across Microsoft 365, Azure, Snowflake, APIs, and enterprise applications.
• Design scalable API-first and event-driven architectures.
• Implement semantic search, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions.
• Establish monitoring, observability, and performance measurement frameworks.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership while remaining actively engaged in architecture and development.
• Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design sessions.
• Mentor engineering teams and promote engineering excellence.
• Partner closely with infrastructure, cybersecurity, product, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure platform scalability, responsiveness, and user experience for a large enterprise user base.
• Define and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and platform health metrics.
• Establish resiliency, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies.
