Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.

  • Create Python-based scripts to integrate systems, process data, and support automation pipelines
  • Connect enterprise tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, collaboration platforms) through APIs into intelligent workflows
  • Deliver reusable automation assets (prompt libraries, workflows, scripts) that can be adopted across teams

Business impact -

Your work will contribute to transforming how Product and Engineering teams operate by:

  • Reducing repetitive manual tasks through AI and automation

  • Increasing consistency and quality in reporting, communication, and backlog management
  • Enabling scalable adoption of AI across support and delivery processes

Team environment and collaboration -

You will work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Development Managers, and AI specialists within the Customer Support organization.

  • Receive mentorship from experienced AI engineers and product leaders
  • Work in an agile environment with exposure to real enterprise use cases

Learning opportunities

During this internship, you will gain hands-on experience in:

  • AI application in enterprise environments (prompt engineering, LLM integration)
  • Workflow automation and orchestration (e.g., n8n, API integrations)
  • Python-based automation and data processing
  • Real-world Product and Engineering operations in an agile setup
  • Designing scalable AI use cases with measurable business impact
  • Additional context

This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of AI, automation, and product operations, contributing to innovative initiatives that shape the future of AI-driven support at SAP.

  • What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • Currently enrolled in a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
