Job Summary:
WebFX is a full-service digital marketing agency based in the US, seeking an entry-level candidate for their Project Management team. The role involves planning and managing website design projects, communicating with clients, and testing website performance to ensure high standards are met.
Responsibilities:
• Create and outline specifications for website build projects, integrating UX best practices
• Organize and manage project timelines, and communicate schedules to internal team members
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with client goals
• Troubleshoot issues as they arise, using clear communication and creative problem-solving
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines using strong organization and time management skills
• Serve as the direct point of contact for clients, asking strategic questions to understand their goals and needs, and recommending best practices accordingly
• Contribute to our high client satisfaction rate by providing proactive support and building relationships based on trust and rapport
• Perform quality assurance testing during website builds and launches
• Evaluate website performance, functionality, and user experience to ensure standards are met
Qualifications:
Required:
• A Bachelor's Degree: All majors welcome!
• GPA: 3.4 or above
• Prior part-time/summer job/internship experience (can be in any field)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service experience (in any industry)
• Presentation skills
