What You'll Be Doing
As the Marketing Manager, you will support marketing initiatives across multiple channels while helping drive operational efficiency, creative execution, and technology adoption throughout the organization.
• Marketing Strategy & Campaigns - Support and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives, campaigns, and promotional strategies across brands and platforms
• CRM & Automation Management - Work within HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing automation platforms to support workflows, reporting, segmentation, and lead management
• Data & Research - Maintain structured marketing data and utilize platforms such as ZoomInfo for prospecting, enrichment, and research
• Creative Production - Contribute to graphic design, photography, video production, and creative content development using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Content Capture - Capture and produce photo and video content with strong attention to composition, lighting, framing, and storytelling
• Website Management - Support website updates, content management, and optimization across WordPress and related platforms
• Digital Advertising - Assist with Google Ads, paid social campaigns, and digital advertising optimization efforts
• Campaign Analysis - Monitor campaign performance and provide data-informed recommendations for continuous improvement
• Training & Enablement - Support onboarding and internal training for CRM systems, automation tools, and marketing platforms
• Team Leadership - Lead and support team members, freelancers, interns, and vendors to ensure projects are completed efficiently and professionally
• Cross-Department Collaboration - Coordinate priorities, communication, timelines, and campaign execution across departments
• Brand Consistency - Ensure consistency across messaging, visual identity, tone, and brand standards across all touchpoints
• Event Support - Assist with trade shows, sponsorships, activations, and event-related marketing initiatives

What We're Looking For
• Experience across multiple areas of marketing including creative, systems, operations, and campaign execution
• Strong understanding of CRM platforms, structured data, and marketing automation systems
• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma
• Photography, video production, and content creation experience preferred
• Understanding of website management, digital marketing, and front-end web concepts
• Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities
• Comfortable learning new tools, systems, and workflows independently
• Experience managing projects, freelancers, vendors, or team members preferred
• Experience in live events, AV, entertainment, or production industries is a plus
