Your Team, Your Impact
The Custom Compute Solutions Business Unit at Marvell is seeking a curious and driven Test Solutions Engineering (Post-Silicon Hardware Validation) to join our team for a hands-on experience working with leading-edge silicon technologies. In this role, you'll have a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers in the validation of custom products and the development of test requirements for Marvell devices. You will explore multiple aspects of the custom silicon business, including design, process technology, and test methodology. Your work will include analyzing test data, supporting lab evaluations, and contributing to the resolution of circuit-level issues, all within a dynamic environment that values innovation and collaboration.
What You Can Expect
  • Analyze test data from silicon devices to identify trends and anomalies.
  • Develop basic scripts and tools using Python, Perl and R to support data analysis and test automation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create test plans and perform analysis to validate the yield, performance, and reliability of custom products.
  • Document findings and contribute to team discussions on issue resolution.

What We're Looking For
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Candidate must have a BS/MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related technical field(s)
  • 0-2 years of previous experience in semiconductor development and/or product characterization.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Understanding of semiconductor devices, circuit behavior, and test methodologies..
  • Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of basic statistics and data visualization techniques.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or R in a Linux environment.
  • Enthusiasm for problem-solving in a collaborative environment.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
92,800 - 137,310, $ per annum
The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
