Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients using standardized tools, including the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), to diagnose and develop individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress in therapy, adjusting treatment plans as needed to improve mental health outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, including treatment records and reports, in accordance with regulatory standards and internal guidelines.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare providers to establish a comprehensive treatment strategy that reflects the unique needs and cultural diversities of the patient population served.
