This role will operate in a remote environment, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a climate-controlled office atmosphere. • Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose and evaluate patients’ mental health status, employing evidence-based practices to develop individualized treatment plans that respect cultural diversity and special needs.
• Utilize the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders to guide clinical decisions, ensuring compliance with state regulations and department procedures.
• Prepare and maintain detailed treatment records and clinical documentation accurately and punctually, adapted to NADE requirements and department standards.
• Work collaboratively with patients and their families to establish comprehensive treatment plans, accommodating their needs and desired outcomes actively.
• Implement interventions and therapeutic strategies to track and enhance patient progress, adjusting plans according to ongoing evaluations.
• Coordinate with other healthcare providers and referral agencies, creating a seamless support system for patients navigating the complexities of cancer treatment.
• Provide clinical oversight and mentorship for less experienced staff and interns, fostering an environment of learning and development.
• Participate in peer reviews and clinical collaborations under supervision to enhance team cohesion and refine patient care practices.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• Experience in outpatient therapy settings, particularly with oncology patients or those facing chronic illnesses.
• Proficiency in telehealth methodologies and digital counseling platforms.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
