A DAY IN THE LIFE
The Innovation Manager supports initiatives moving through the company's gated innovation process from initial R&D through design, prototype, and pilots, working under the direction of a Senior Innovation Manager. This role focuses on execution support, data gathering and analysis, and coordination tasks that build technical and commercial fluency across the gated process.
STEP INTO THE ROLE
  • Supports cross-functional activities for each gate; helps prepare gate deliverables and contributes sections to integrated technical + commercial recommendations under direction.
  • Conducts literature and market research and assists with early experiments under guidance.
  • Helps translate concepts into design requirements, specs, BOMs and test plans; owns assigned subsections.
  • Helps plan and execute small pilots; coordinates logistics and on-site data collection.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, finance or related field.
  • Two to four years of experience in research and development, product development, consulting, or a related analytical/technical role, including internships.

$75,553.00 - $109,552.00 Individual Compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
