• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnoses as needed to evaluate each patient’s mental health status, utilizing tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders to inform individualized care plans.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, implementing evidence-based intervention strategies that promote recovery and address mental health diagnoses effectively.
• Prepare and maintain precise documentation of treatment records and clinical information in compliance with regulatory requirements, utilizing advanced technology for timely updates.
• Work collaboratively with patients and their families to develop robust treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and goals, while engaging in proactive safety and symptom-reduction strategies.
• Coordinate referrals and serve as a knowledgeable liaison between patients and various service providers to ensure seamless access to care.
• Facilitate the education and mentorship of students, interns, and peers, sharing your expertise to foster growth within the wider team.
• Participate, as directed by your clinical supervisor, in peer review processes, team collaborations, and audits aimed at enhancing clinical practices within the department.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• Experience in outpatient therapy settings, specifically with cancer patients or similar healthcare populations.
• Prior involvement in interdisciplinary team environments that foster collaborative treatment approaches.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000, accompanied by a signing bonus.
