The role of the Licensed Clinical Social Worker is to be performed in a supportive, climate-controlled remote environment. Despite the remote setting, you will engage frequently with fellow healthcare professionals and team members, who are dedicated to delivering comprehensive mental health care. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients' mental health status, utilizing tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to ensure appropriate diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs, addressing cultural diversity and special circumstances.
• Employ effective therapeutic interventions and strategies to facilitate patient progress, monitoring and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Document all treatment records and clinical information meticulously and on schedule, adhering to legal and regulatory standards as well as specific departmental protocols.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to create a holistic treatment approach, effectively addressing both immediate mental health concerns and long-term goals.
• Facilitate referrals to appropriate services and resources, acting as a bridge between patients and other healthcare providers in a seamless continuity of care.
• Engage in mentorship roles, providing education and support to interns, students, and volunteers while contributing to a learning environment for team members.
• Participate in peer reviews, clinical discussions, and team meetings, sharing insights and contributing to the professional development of colleagues under the guidance of clinical supervisors.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Possession of a current and valid State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Previous experience in providing mental health therapy, particularly in outpatient settings, is highly desirable.
• Experience working with cancer patients or those facing chronic illness will be advantageous.

The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
