Position Overview

Pyramid Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. This full-time position requires the candidate to manage a minimum caseload of 25 clients, providing crucial virtual therapy services. Work Environment

The administrative responsibilities—including client marketing, insurance verification, credentialing, and compliance—are managed by our dedicated administrative team, enabling you to concentrate on your primary focus: providing exceptional care to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Facilitate virtual therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy.
• Document therapy sessions and treatment progress within our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system accurately and efficiently.
• Engage in continuous professional development and collaborate with peers to share best practices and improve therapeutic approaches.
• Monitor client progress closely and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed, ensuring clients receive timely support during emergencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working primarily with adult clients, aged 18 and above, navigating various mental health issues and life challenges. Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license valid in New York State.
• A minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Strong understanding of best practices in therapy and familiarity with clinical methodologies preferred.
• Possess professional malpractice insurance at the time of employment.
• Proven track record of providing psychotherapy to adult clients.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy techniques.
• Previous work with diverse populations, particularly within the LGBTQIA+ and male mental health spheres.
• Familiarity with online therapy platforms and digital health tools.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 85,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including:
