Now Hiring: Training and Development Supervisor

Prime Marketing is seeking a Training and Development Supervisor to lead a small training team and strengthen learning programs across our business verticals. This role is ideal for an experienced call center training professional who enjoys developing people, improving programs, and turning performance needs into practical learning solutions.

Location: Remote candidates may be considered in Florida, Texas, Arizona, North Carolina, Georgia, and Ohio.
Salary Range: $50,000–$60,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

What You’ll Do

  • Supervise, coach, and develop the Training and Development Lead and Training Coordinators.
  • Coordinate training schedules, priorities, resources, and program delivery.
  • Develop and maintain training for internal and external call center agents across all business verticals.
  • Oversee new-hire, campaign, systems, compliance, refresher, and skills-development training.
  • Coordinate Zenarate scenarios, assignments, maintenance, and results reporting.
  • Support ongoing leadership-development programs for current and emerging leaders.
  • Partner with Operations, Quality Assurance, Human Resources, and business leaders to address performance needs.
  • Measure training effectiveness and communicate results, risks, and improvement opportunities.

What You’ll Bring

  • Three or more years of experience in training, learning and development, quality, or call center operations preferred.
  • Experience supervising trainers, coordinators, or a comparable team.
  • Knowledge of adult learning, facilitation, curriculum development, coaching, and program evaluation.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organization, and project-management skills.
  • Experience with learning-management systems, virtual training platforms, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience with Zenarate or another simulation-based learning platform is preferred.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
