As a Curriculum Development Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to craft a "Discovery Assessment" document that guides our client in creating an effective learning journey. Your insights and expertise will shape the development of materials and resources designed to educate individuals about our client's product. Key responsibilities include:
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of the subject matter to identify key concepts, skills, and competencies that learners need to master.
  • Needs Analysis: Conduct a thorough assessment to determine the specific learning objectives and outcomes required for certification or recognition as a Specialist.
  • Content Recommendations: Provide detailed recommendations on the types of materials, resources, and learning modules needed to achieve the desired learning outcomes.
Required Knowledge:

  • Endevor: Proficiency in Endevor, a source code management and release management tool.
  • Changeman: Familiarity with Changeman, a software configuration management solution.
  • Git: Expertise in Git, a distributed version control system widely used in software development.
