Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-onAI/ML Product Managerto support the launch of a next-generation loyalty and personalization platform across Advance Rewards (DIY) and Pro Rewards (B2B). This role will lead requirements gathering, business workshops, and product definition, translating AI-driven insights into executable product capabilities for campaigns, segmentation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements gathering and structured workshops with Marketing, Loyalty, and Operations teams to define promotions, rewards, campaign needs, and customer journeys (earn, engage, redeem).
  • Translate business input into epics, user stories, detailed product requirements, and functional/non-functional specifications.
  • Define and operationalize AI/ML use cases, including predictive segmentation and targeting, personalized offers and rewards, and behavioral insights and pattern detection.
  • Ensure AI outputs are actionable within marketing campaigns and loyalty experiences.
  • Support RFP, vendor evaluation, and build vs. buy decisions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Data Science teams to drive delivery.
  • Define measurement frameworks including campaign tracking, segmentation performance, and experimentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 58+ years of Product Management experience.
  • Proven experience leading business workshops and stakeholder sessions.
  • Experience converting ambiguous requirements into structured product artifacts.
  • Experience with Loyalty, Martech, CRM, or Customer Engagement platforms.
  • Experience with AI/ML-driven or data-driven personalization products.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, campaigns, and lifecycle marketing.

Technical & Tooling Skills

  • Agile & Product Tools: Jira, Confluence.
  • Product Artifacts: PRDs, Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria.
  • Workshop Frameworks: Journey Mapping, JTBD, Capability Mapping.
  • Data & Analytics: SQL (working knowledge), segmentation logic, A/B testing.
  • SaaS / Martech Platforms: CRM, CDP, Campaign Orchestration tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar).
  • Working knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and data flows.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with loyalty platforms or rewards ecosystems.
  • Experience supporting RFP/vendor selection processes.
  • Familiarity with personalization engines or recommendation systems.
