Now Hiring: Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for School-Based Opportunities

Are you a dedicated BCBA passionate about helping students achieve meaningful behavioral and educational success? We are seeking qualified Board Certified Behavior Analysts to support students, collaborate with educational teams, and implement effective behavior intervention strategies within school settings.

Position Responsibilities
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
  • Provide behavioral support and consultation for students with diverse learning and behavioral needs.
  • Analyze data and monitor student progress to guide interventions and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families.
  • Train and support school staff on behavior management techniques and evidence-based practices.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to student support planning.
  • Ensure services are delivered in compliance with professional and ethical standards.
Qualifications
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
