In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to the Golf Management team, including handling phone calls and messages, preparing and distributing correspondence, creating reports, assisting with accounting tasks, and completing other duties as assigned by management. This position plays a key role in anticipating, meeting, and exceeding the needs of members, guests, and fellow team members.
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of two (2) years of administrative experience required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong computer and administrative skills, including document and file management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have command of letter writing and document preparation skills, including grammar and style according to normally accepted standards.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Valid driver's license meeting Club insurability standards required

JOB DETAILS
Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to Golf Management, including phones, correspondence, reporting, and basic accounting tasks.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute materials.
  • Compile and distribute monthly department reports.
  • Support marketing and promotional coordination with the F&B and Marketing teams.
  • Order office supplies and maintain office equipment.
  • Code, route, and track invoices; process purchase orders.
  • Manage P-card activity and reconcile expense reports.
  • Assist with budget tracking and monitoring.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Support updates and maintenance of golf point-of-sale systems.
  • Process personnel action forms (PAFs).

  • Noise level in the work environment - Usually moderate
  • Occasionally exposed to extreme temperatures and inclement weather.
  • Typical work hours - Monday-Friday, occasional weekend schedule
