  • Manage the creative pipeline by analyzing asset performance (e.g., CTR, view rate, conversion rates) and collaborate with technical teams to ensure product inventory feeds run smoothly

  • Assist in setting up and analyzing scientific lift studies, creative tests, and copy experiments to continuously maximize our media budget efficiency

  • Partner closely with internal teams including Brand,, Creative, eCommerce, and Merchandising to ensure our paid advertising aligns with site inventory and brand priorities

What you'll bring to the table...

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs, data visualization) is essential; passion diving into sheets to find patterns

  • Desire to figure out the "why" behind consumer behavior, changing marketplace dynamics, and algorithmic performance drops

  • High attention to quality assurance

  • A proactive self-starter who can manage their own daily task list, pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment, and take independent ownership of assignments

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn complex campaign data into simple, actionable summaries.

We'd love to hear from you if you have...

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, or a related field

  • Relevant marketing or data-focused internship, university agency co-op, or intensive academic project work dealing with digital marketing or data analytics
