Location: Baltimore, Maryland | Onsite

Role Overview
This is a data-driven marketing analyst/research support role focused on turning campaign and business data into clear, actionable insights. The position blends analytics, digital marketing performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration to support decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
  • Analyze and interpret data relevant to research projects, providing actionable insights to support decision-making.
  • Gather, organize, and manage data sets from various sources to ensure accurate and comprehensive analysis.
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation summarizing research findings for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT staff, project managers, and stakeholders to align research efforts with organizational objectives.
  • Assist in preparing description of research methodology, data collection techniques, and analysis processes.
  • Support data validation, quality assurance, and troubleshooting of research datasets and tools.
  • Contribute to projects that involve data collection, data cleaning, and data management best practices.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Associate's Degree in Business, related field, or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of work experience in a business environment or relevant internship experience with substantive professional activities.
  • Working familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or comparable enterprise marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact, Marketo, or Eloqua.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing tools like Mailchimp or Constant Contact.
  • Proficient in web analytics and search tools, including Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and experience tracking events/conversions.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret campaign performance data, understanding digital marketing KPIs such as open rate, CTR, CVR, CPC, ROAS, and ROI.
  • Experience designing, executing, and interpreting A/B tests for digital campaigns.
  • Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies for IT projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear reports and presentations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities and documentation.
  • Experience with SQL/MySQL, Python, R (R Studio), or SPSS for data analysis is a plus.
  • Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), landing page strategies, and user experience enhancements.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify and content creation tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software.
  • Knowledge of email automation workflows, A/B testing, and audience segmentation techniques.
  • Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot CRM and Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and basic data modeling.
  • Background check clearance required.
  • H-1B citizenship status required.
