Job description

We are looking for Software Developers who are innovative, creative, and problem solvers who get things done!
The Software Developer will be responsible for developing solutions that drive innovation and competitive advantage. The roles encompass writing code to build and support our billing and payroll systems, applications, and platforms as well as configuring, optimizing and maintaining our software.
The Software Developer will interface with other developers and architects to ensure that designs and quality are meeting our requirements. Each Developer is envisioned to be part of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) of a project: from initiation through deployment.
We are looking for software developers who:

Requirements
Requirements and Expectations:
  • Be able to work in a small, fast-paced, startup environment
  • Focus on writing clear, maintainable, tested code
  • Familiarity or willingness to learn NodeJS, Express, React and MongoDB
  • Familiarity with version control tools like git
  • Work with cross-disciplinary team members to design and develop full-stack applications and get software to market
  • Work in an agile environment to deliver high-quality software
  • Effectively manage tasks, projects, and problem-solve
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to contribute to the team
