Kinder's is seeking a creatively driven Culinary Recipe Specialist to join our team of passionate culinary professionals working hard to bring the future of flavor to consumers everywhere. This role is designed for someone who wants to grow inside an ambitious, fast-growing organization while representing Kinder's through the design of exceptional consumer-facing recipes to bring our products to life. 

The Culinary Recipe Specialist will bring our products to life by creating clear, craveable and approachable recipes that inspire home cooks and help them consistently elevate their food experiences. The role ensures every recipe reflects Kinder's standards for flavor and quality while introducing fresh ideas that keep our brand relevant and exciting. You will partner closely with digital and content teams to ensure our recipes translate seamlessly across web and social platforms, delivering a best-in-class consumer experience. Blending hands-on cooking, product testing, and recipe development with strong cross-functional collaboration, this role plays a key part in how consumers discover, experience, and love Kinder's.

Key Responsibilities Include:Recipe Development & Testing
  • Create innovative, high-quality recipes that showcase Kinder's products and align with brand standards
  • Test and refine recipes to ensure consistency, accuracy, and ease of execution for home cook
  • Adapt recipes for different formats, dietary preferences, and skill levels
  • Maintain clear, detailed documentation of ingredients, measurements, and preparation methods
Consumer Experience Focus

Pay Transparency:

The expected starting salary range for this role is $105,000- $115,000 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
