Your days will involve observing procedures, practicing technical skills in a controlled environment, and attending clinical case debriefings or educational seminars. Interns are encouraged to ask questions, actively engage in patient care discussions, and seek feedback to support their development. This role is designed to help you build expertise, confidence, and readiness for advanced clinical training as a nurse anesthetist.
