Responsibilities
  • Hospital employed position (W2).
  • Regular schedule, minimum 30 hours/week.
  • 52-week contract. Option to renew after initial term.
  • Potential to convert to regular full-time or part-time status at end of assignment.
  • Shifts may include weekends & holidays.
  • Our main campus – Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst, NC – is a 400+ bed hospital with 18 ORs plus GI, Cath, and EP labs.
  • Secondary locations in Richmond, Hoke, and Montgomery Counties.
  • ACT model with a tremendous amount of autonomy.
  • Great relationship with Anesthesiologists and Surgeons.
Pay and Benefits
  • $205 per hour.
  • Additional pay for heart cases and call.
  • Internal Agency staff are not eligible for Freelance pay, shift differentials or offsite pay.
  • Paid malpractice with tail coverage.
  • Free membership to our 7 fitness centers.
Qualifications
  • NC RN License
  • Completion of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
  • Must have a minimum of 1 year experience as a practicing CRNA
  • Certification or eligibility by the NBCRNA
  • Only CPT (PRN) CRNAs may request to convert to IA
  • Current and former FirstHealth employed CRNAs may be subject to additional eligibility criteria.
