BCI specializes in Commercial, Medical, and Institutional Construction.
Position Summary:
In this role, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of active construction projects. Under the guidance of experienced project managers and superintendents, you will learn how projects progress from concept to completion while developing skills in scheduling, documentation, field operations, and stakeholder communication.

Wage:
  • $22.50 per hour and up, depending on experience
Responsibilities:
  • Assist project managers with day-to-day project coordination and administrative tasks
  • Help maintain project schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change order logs
  • Participate in site walks and assist with documenting project progress
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and field teams
  • Support project budgeting and cost-tracking activities
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera, etc.)
  • Ability to work both in the field and in an office environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to read/interpret plans, specifications, and shop drawings at an introductory level.
  • Ability to work effectively with project managers, superintendents, engineers, and subcontractors.
