Job Summary
The Project Manager manages multiple projects through all phases of the standard project lifecycle: planning, scope definition, design, execution and delivery with project the team as well as external vendors and/or partners to meet project objectives and provide effective communication between stakeholders. Incumbent also leads the analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of projects.
Requirements
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management, or related field. In lieu of degree, five (5) years' non-clerical, relevant experience will be considered.
LICENSING/CERTIFICATON
CAPM or CSM certification preferred.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum three (3) years' project coordination, project management, business process analysis, leadership or related experience. OR applicable Masters in related field with minimum one (1) years' experience.
Proficiency working with Project Management related software.
Proficiency working with MS Office Suite, such as Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe.
Knowledge of project management methodologies.

Responsibilities
• Analyzes, measures, and monitors project performance using a variety of metrics and values while communicating continuous status reports to stakeholders, management, and executive leadership.• Collaborates with various departments, analysts, development teams, external vendors, and/or leadership to define scope of work, purpose, goals and objectives, timelines and resource requirements, status and deliverables.• Facilitates participatory communication among stakeholders, leading and guiding the direction of the project.• Leads the design of new projects and programs by conducting an evaluation of existing business processes for the purposes of identifying and executing a project plan for improvement initiatives based on best practices, and current and future needs of the business.• Maintains project-related documentation repositories, records challenges and issues, and tracks deliverables.• Manages medium scale projects through all phases of the standard project lifecycle, including preparation and maintenance of project plans, deliverables, change management, status reporting, identifying resources and individual responsibilities, scheduling and calendar management, and post-project reporting.• Manages the business case, review business requirements, gap analysis, feasibility study in long term benefit, requirement and solution review with stakeholders.• Performs change management by tracking changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs (if applicable). Performs issue and risk management to minimize project issues and risks while aligning peer-level stakeholders and developing strong cross-functional teams.• Performs other duties as assigned.
