International Assignment Consultant II - remote
Job Description
The IAC serves as the "navigator" of the relocation process for his/her international assignees. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: administering relocation policy/program for assignees; fully understanding and counseling the International Life Cycle Milestones; counseling on all authorized benefits and services, coordinating the shipment of household goods, destination services and expense management.
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to speak and write fluently in both languages
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
  • Maintain an assigned caseload while providing single point of coordination for all phases of international relocation activities on behalf of the Client as outlined in contractual agreement;
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Cartus products and services in all interactions; Deliver Cartus products and services to assigned customers according to Cartus and Client standards, programs and policies
  • Manage CAD report to ensure Service Status Maintenance compliance and move milestones
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with internal Cartus departments and external suppliers.
  • Manage and maintain data within Cartus systems to adhere to Cartus and Client audit requirements;
  • Identify areas of improvement; relating to services, processes and policies;
  • Recognize, identify and promote opportunities to generate increased revenue
  • Participate in special projects as needed

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Previous experience with international relocation, living or working abroad preferred
  • 2-3 years customer service experience required
  • Demonstrates ability to be proactive and excel in a fast paced environment
  • Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software and systems (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, etc.)
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
