Founder & CEO Richard Saghian launched the brand in 2006, from a retail location in Los Angeles. After multiple store openings, Saghian launched the e-commerce website for Fashion Nova in 2013, pioneering a disruptive social commerce model of affordable, on-trend, size-inclusive clothing online- powered by an innovative, social media-first marketing strategy.

Today, Fashion Nova has amassed over 40 million social media followers, with annual sales of approximately $2 billion!

The brand's name has been featured in chart-topping hit songs by Cardi B, Drake, 21 Savage, Saweetie, The Game, Tyga and Offset and its styles have been worn by many celebrities, artists and athletes including Meg The Stallion, Ice Spice, Chris Brown, Floyd Mayweather, Rick Ross, Kourtney Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner.

ROLE OVERVIEW

Fashion Nova is one of the most recognized fashion brands in the world, and our next chapter is global. We're building our international business, and we're looking for a Manager of International to help drive it forward.

This is a high-ownership, roll-up-your-sleeves role sitting on the Strategy & Operations team. You'll be the cross-functional quarterback connecting marketing, supply chain, logistics, finance, and tech to launch and scale our presence in new markets - translating ambiguous opportunities into concrete plans, and concrete plans into live, growing businesses. You'll also serve as a thought partner to S&O leadership on where and how we expand.

This is an individual contributor role that blends strategic planning with hands-on execution. The ideal candidate is operationally rigorous, analytically sharp, and skilled at cross-functional collaboration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own and grow international markets end to end - including market sizing, go-to-market strategy, and the operational setup required to sell and deliver.
  • Drive traffic and demand - our single biggest opportunity. Serve as the primary point person for our performance marketing and influencer marketing agencies, holding them accountable to results and pushing hard on how we acquire customers and get more of the right people to the site.
  • Lead localized payments. Get local payment methods live and continuously expand them to reduce friction and improve conversion.
  • Own cross-border operations - stay on top of shipping and customs clearance, and partner with supply chain and logistics on fulfillment, duties, and returns so the customer experience is excellent.
  • Deepen localization. Identify and execute the improvements (language, assortment, site experience) that move the business.
  • Explore new sales channels - evaluate, size, and pilot additional channels where they make strategic sense.
  • Drive P&L management for international markets, identifying and activating the levers to grow revenue and improve profitability.
  • Own regional reporting and operating rhythms - performance tracking, diagnostics, and analysis to surface risks and growth opportunities, and scalable frameworks so each new market launches faster and smarter than the last.
  • Quarterback cross-functionally across marketing, merchandising, supply chain, logistics, finance, and technology - setting the plan, aligning stakeholders, and unblocking issues to keep work on timeline.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Direct, hands-on experience launching and scaling a brand into one or more international markets. Experience in Latin America strongly preferred.
  • 5-10 years of experience, ideally combining time at a high-growth e-commerce/retail brand with a foundation in strategy consulting or corporate strategy.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with comfort navigating both strategic planning and detailed execution, including building business cases, operating models, and P&L analysis.
  • Experience managing performance and/or influencer marketing - directly or through agencies - with a clear understanding of what drives traffic and conversion.
  • Operationally minded with a track record of delivering measurable business impact in ambiguous, zero-to-one environments.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and influence across cross-functional peers and senior leadership without direct authority.
  • Digitally savvy with strong customer orientation and a deep understanding of e-commerce dynamics.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Los Angeles.
Nice to have
  • Spanish fluency.
  • Direct experience with cross-border logistics, international payments, or international market expansion.
BENEFITS
  • NEW state-of-the-art HQ in Beverly Hills!
  • Formalized career paths for continued professional growth.
  • Flexible Paid Time Off (PTO).
  • Comprehensive health insurance across Medical, Dental and Vision.
  • 401k match, with immediate vesting upon eligibility.
  • Weekly catered lunches & fully-stock kitchen pantry!
  • Opportunities to travel for trade shows and vendor meetings.
  • Summer Fridays Early Departure.
  • Team bonding events and programs.
  • Attractive employee discounts!
