Senior Consultant, Strategy Consulting

$160,000 – $190,000 + Bonus

Our client is an international strategy consultancy that helps investors and leadership teams make informed commercial and investment decisions. Their work frequently involves advising private equity firms evaluating business opportunities, followed by strategic engagements that support companies in unlocking their next phase of growth.


Teams are collaborative, intellectually curious and focused on practical insight rather than hierarchy. The Senior Consultant will work directly with senior stakeholders from the outset, contributing meaningful analysis and strategic recommendations within a supportive and meritocratic culture.


The Senior Consultant will lead analytical workstreams, manage project delivery and provide strategic insight to clients evaluating investment opportunities and growth strategies.


Role Highlights:

– Lead analytical workstreams across strategy and commercial due diligence projects

– Manage small teams and ensure rigorous, high-quality analysis delivery

– Present strategic insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders

– Support formal pitches and contribute to business development activities

– Contribute to internal initiatives such as recruitment, training or knowledge development

You Will Need – The role requires

– 4+ experience in strategy consulting, including strong commercial due diligence experience

– Experience managing small teams and delivering complex project work

– Strong quantitative and commercial problem-solving capabilities

– Confident communication skills when engaging with senior stakeholders

– Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages advantageous
