W Job Description Interactive Government Holdings (IGH) is seeking qualified, trained and capable individual to serve Program Manager (PM)for the USDA, Forest Service Correspondence and Project Management Support Contract.

The PM will lead a Team providing non-personal, advisory and assistance services (A&AS) in support of correspondence management and administrative workflow improvements. The Team will provide comprehensive correspondence management and support for the Forest Service, primarily focusing on maintaining and optimizing the flow of priority correspondence through multiple tracking systems including the Interim Content and Correspondence System (ICCT), Enterprise Content Management Module (ECMM), and Correspondence and Records (CoRe).
