Job description

Experienced Quality Production Specialist- Saudi Arabia
Company:

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking Experienced Quality Production Specialist- Saudi Arabia to support our F-15 SA modifications and upgrades team at King Abdulaziz Air Base, Dhahran Saudi Arabia, ensuring compliance with Boeing standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
This is a long-term expatriate position based 100% on-site at King Abdulaziz Air Base, Dharan Saudi Arabia. Relocation/assignment benefits to the international location will be provided. Ability to meet international assignment health requirements required. If accompanied, family must also meet international assignment health requirements.
The individual will work closely with the F-15SA Global Technical Operations Leadership to support the planning, execution and delivery of Quality products and services.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Develop and motivate a team of diverse skills, capability, and experience to maximize individual and team performance.
  • Perform inspections on aircraft for maintenance activities on the F-15SA platform
  • Maintain Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed using established procedures
  • Collect and verify data to support the identification of root cause routine problems
  • Perform internal audits to determine compliance with Quality Management System standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements
  • Document audit results in standard formats
  • Safety and Quality Culture: Foster a culture of safety, compliance, first-time quality, technical excellence, and product integrity.
  • Continuous Improvement: Support the implementation of standardization, LEAN and BPS principles.
  • Communication: Maintain excellent communication and flow of relevant information throughout the team.
  • Innovation: Drive initiatives that promote production efficiency and innovation
  • Safety Reporting: Cultivate a reporting culture that prioritizes safety in accordance with Boeing's Safety Management System.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Undertake other activities as needed.
  • Work under general supervision

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 3+ years of working knowledge, experience and proven application of Aircraft Maintenance and Modification standards, requirements and associated regulations
  • 3+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance, modification, MRO, or related production control environments
  • 3+ years of Quality Assurance Inspector experience (CDI, CDQAR, QAR)
  • Willing to work variable shifts (shift 1, 2, or 3)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • 3+ years of experience with Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) Instruction 8210.1
  • F-15 technical data experience
  • AS9100 Revision D experience
  • Experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery

  • Employment is contingent on the candidate's ability to satisfy all labor and immigration formalities of the country.
