Job Description

Vice President of Design and Construction

We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Vice President of Design and Construction to oversee the design and buildout of our new restaurant locations. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing a high volume of projects and is capable of building 20-30 restaurants per year. This role is crucial to our expansion and requires an individual who is not only a skilled leader but also an expert in the unique demands of restaurant construction.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and Construction Oversight: Oversee all phases of design and construction for new restaurant projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initial concept to final execution, while coordinating with various stakeholders.

  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure all designs and construction meet compliance standards, quality specifications, and brand requirements.

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate a smooth and efficient building process.
