HUMAN RESOURCES / HR OPERATIONS & PAYROLL

Als HR Delivery Service & Payroll Specialist sind Sie verantwortlich für die effiziente Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung administrativer HR-Prozesse sowie für die Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Entgeltabrechnung und HR-Servicebereitstellung.

Als HR Delivery Service & Payroll Specialist spielen Sie eine zentrale Rolle in der operativen HR-Exzellenz. Sie stellen die Qualität zentraler HR-Services sicher, arbeiten eng mit externen Dienstleistern und internen Stakeholdern zusammen und treiben die kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Prozessen, Automatisierung und Employee Experience voran.

Sie arbeiten eng mit HR Business Partnern, Führungskräften und Shared Service Centern zusammen und übernehmen:

1. HR Operations & Service Delivery

  • Verantwortung für die reibungslose Abwicklung administrativer HR-Prozesse durch externe Provider
  • Sicherstellung einer zuverlässigen HR-Servicebereitstellung inkl. Kommunikation mit Behörden und Sozialversicherungsträgern
  • Bearbeitung komplexer HR-Anfragen über Self-Services hinaus
  • Eskalationsstelle für das Shared Service Center und zentrale HR-Dienstleistungen

2. Payroll & Fachliche Expertise

  • Ansprechpartner für alle Payroll-relevanten Themen für HR, Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende
  • Betreuung der Entgeltabrechnung inkl. komplexer Sonderfälle
  • Unterstützung und Durchführung von bAV-Prozessen (z. B. Versorgungsansprüche, Wertkonten)
  • Sicherstellung gesetzlicher und steuerlicher Compliance

3. Prozessoptimierung & Transformation

  • Weiterentwicklung und Standardisierung von HR-Prozessen
  • Fokus auf digitale Automatisierung und Effizienzsteigerung
  • Unterstützung der HR-Transformation als Change Agent
  • Verbesserung der Employee Experience entlang des Employee Lifecycle

4. Stakeholder Management & Beratung

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit HR Business Partnern und Führungskräften
  • Beratung zu HR- und Payroll-Themen
  • Lösungsorientierte Kommunikation mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
  • Sicherstellung eines hohen Servicelevels gegenüber Mitarbeitenden

SIE SIND EIN COTY FIT

Als HR-Operations-Experte vereinen Sie Fachwissen im Payroll-Bereich mit einer starken Serviceorientierung und einem strukturierten Arbeitsstil.

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Bereich HR / Payroll
  • Fundierte relevante Berufserfahrung im Personalwesen und in der Entgeltabrechnung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Erfahrung mit HR-Systemen (z. B. SAP, SuccessFactors)
  • Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Sozialversicherungs- und Lohnsteuerrecht
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Serviceorientierung
