Job description

Customer Service and Internal Sales Support

We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented Customer Service and Internal Sales Support to join our team. This role blends sales operations support with financial and performance analysis to help drive revenue growth, improve sales execution, and strengthen profitability. You will serve as a key liaison between customers, sales, and internal teams while producing reporting and insights that guide sales strategy and decision-making.

Sales Support & Operations
  • Partner closely with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely communication around deals, updates, and opportunities
  • Develop, maintain, and analyze sales performance reports (KPIs, pipeline, forecasts, and trends)
  • Maintain CRM/ERP data accuracy and manage sales documentation and workflows
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, supporting issue resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Assist with promotional activity support, demand planning, and sales communications
Financial Analysis
  • Support sales forecasting, budgeting, and planning efforts and analyze variances between actual results and forecast/plan
  • Evaluate sales trends, customer buying patterns, missed opportunities, and growth potential
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and pipeline health, including product demand and performance against goals
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales effectiveness and profitability
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Sales, Finance, Analytics, or related field) or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, financial analysis, sales operations, or related business role
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis/reporting tools
  • Understanding of sales processes, financial principles, and business operations
  • Experience working with CRM systems; ERP and sales reporting tools preferred
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong business acumen, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and communication)
