Job description

Cottonwood Distribution, a proud family-owned business with over 60 years of service, is hiring Seasonal Warehouse Associates to support our busy peak season (April through September). In this role, you'll help ensure customer orders are picked, organized, and delivered accurately and on time. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy hands-on work, we'd love to have you on the team.Key Responsibilities:Use a mobile WMS system to pick and replenish products for customer ordersEnsure all items are picked accurately and on timeOrganize and label orders for deliveryAssist with receiving and stocking inventoryMaintain a clean, safe, and organized workspaceWork both independently and collaboratively with team membersFollow all safety procedures in a safety-sensitive environmentPerform additional duties as assigned Qualifications:Must be 18 years of age or olderPrevious warehouse experience preferredExperience with forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar equipment is a plusFood Handler's Permit preferredAbility to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly (with or without accommodation)Comfortable working in multiple temperature environments, including refrigerated and freezer areasAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with frequent interruptionsBasic math skills for order accuracy and inventory trackingStrong communication skills (verbal and written in English) Schedule:Seasonal position: April through SeptemberSunday through FridayTypical hours: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PMOccasional overtime may be required Work Environment:Warehouse temperatures range from subzero freezer conditions to approximately 80°FExposure to moving equipment, noise, and varying environmental conditionsFrequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements Why Cottonwood Distribution?Family-Owned Legacy: Join a company with 60 years of trusted serviceTeam-Oriented Culture: Work alongside a supportive, hardworking teamHands-On Work: Stay active in a dynamic warehouse environmentSeasonal Opportunity: Great way to gain experience or earn extra income during peak months
