As a Sr. Internal Sales Associate for Structured Settlements, you'll play a key role in Pacific Life's growth and long-term success by developing relationships with consultants, partnering with our external and internal wholesalers to drive sales, and providing illustrations for structured settlement annuities and attorney fee products. You will join a team of 12 sales professionals in the Consumer Markets Division.

This role is hybrid, with one day per week in-office presence options of Newport Beach, CA or Omaha, NE.
How you'll help move us forward:

  • Develop relationships with consultants and partnering with our external and internal wholesalers to drive sales. Provide competitive quotes for structured settlement annuities and attorney fee products.

  • Drive education and engagement for our newly launched rider/benefit option via webinars, email and calls.

  • Partner with our legal team to review cases for acceptability under tax codes and compliance with Pacific Life guidelines.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through calls and emails.

  • Possible opportunities for travel to attend firm and industry meetings.

The experience you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field and 5 years' experience working in relationship management/sales.

  • Strong presentation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

  • Professional with strong attention to detail and communication skills that works well independently and as part of a team.

  • You take initiative and approach challenges with resourcefulness, thriving in complex or evolving situations.


What makes you stand out:

  • Life insurance in resident state. If candidate does not have an active life license, they will be required to complete requirements within six months of hire.

  • Someone who is positive, personable, with a growth mindset.

  • A passion for personal and team growth, with a strong interest in learning and an eagerness to share knowledge both internally and externally through teaching, presenting, and/or training.

  • General insurance knowledge, preferably with tax and legal competency as it relates to structured settlement governing laws.

  • Certified Structured Settlement Consultant (CSSC) designation.

Base Pay Range:

The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.

$93,600.00 - $114,400.00
