Job description

Associate Client Partner, Private Equity Sales

Infosys is seeking a Associate Engagement Manager who will be responsible for generating well-qualified leads through market research, provide analysis and ground intelligence, create customer maps, identify right contacts in the partner organization, prepare go-to-market collaterals and support the Group Manager to identify the right contacts with the objective of leveraging Infosys' first-hand experience against competitors, demonstrating business value to the client and growing accounts within the boundaries of company policies and guidelines.

Role Description:
  • Design point of view for channel sales through Investor channel
  • Build, develop and manage relationships with leading private equity firms, boutique firms, and advisor firms focused on private equity market
  • Manage regular engagements, including events, webinars, briefings, inquiries, meetings etc.
  • Plan and organize leadership connects with Partners and key influencers from PE firms
  • Stay abreast of key changes in the market and upcoming transactions that can be targeted
  • Support and assist ongoing deals and opportunities along with vertical sales teams
  • Collaborate with internal teams for various requirements including marketing, legal, finance etc.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education and 10+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience
  • Significant business development and project management experience
  • Experience in the Private Equity industry/vertical
  • Track record of interacting and building relationships with CXO level client contacts
  • Strong interpersonal skills enabling connects with people at various levels of seniority
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA degree or foreign equivalent and 10+ years of experience
  • Knowledge of industry specific go-to-market solutions
  • Good understanding of industry specific business issues and drivers
  • Global Delivery Model experience
  • Experience managing large multi-location consulting engagement teams
  • Track record as an Account Manager in a rapidly growing client relationship

Gross comp ranges from min $100,000 - $187,000
