Build Your Career in Private Equity Sales

Equity Raise is looking for a motivated, organized professional to join our growing team as a Private Equity

Account Manager / Sales Associate.

This role combines investor outreach, appointment setting, team leadership, and client coordination. Youโ€™ll work with prospective investors who have already expressed interest in private equity real estate opportunities, help determine whether they meet our clientsโ€™ qualification criteria, and schedule appointments with the appropriate investment team.

Youโ€™ll also play an important leadership role within Equity Raise, helping onboard and support new Private Equity Sales Associates, coordinate team schedules, and serve as a key point of communication between our clients and the sales team.

If youโ€™re a strong communicator, comfortable on the phone, highly organized, and interested in building experience in private equity real estate and sales, this could be a great fit.

About Equity Raise

Equity Raise division helps private equity real estate firms turn investor interest into qualified appointments.

Our team follows up with prospective investors who have submitted interest forms, responded to marketing campaigns, attended webinars, joined investor lists, or otherwise expressed interest in learning more about an investment opportunity.

We qualify those prospects based on criteria established by our clients, including accredited investor status, and schedule appointments with the clientโ€™s investment or investor relations team.

Our job is to help make sure interested prospects receive timely, professional follow-up and that qualified investors make it onto our clientsโ€™ calendars.

Key Responsibilities

As an Account Manager / Sales Associate, youโ€™ll have responsibilities across investor outreach, team support, and client coordination.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Investor Outreach: Call prospective investors using our dialing system and follow up with warm leads who have already expressed interest in our clientsโ€™ investment opportunities.
  • Lead Qualification: Ask the appropriate questions to determine whether prospective investors meet criteria established by our clients, including accredited investor qualifications.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified prospects directly onto our clientsโ€™ calendars for conversations with their investment or sales teams.
  • CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, qualification information, appointments, and follow-up activity.
  • Team Leadership: Help support and guide Equity Raiseโ€™s Private Equity Sales Associates in their day-to-day work.
  • New Hire Onboarding: Assist with onboarding and training new team members on our systems, scripts, processes, client expectations, and dialing procedures.
  • Scheduling & Team Coordination: Work with leadership to help manage associate schedules, coverage, client assignments, and other day-to-day team needs.
  • Client Communication: Serve as a liaison between Equity Raise clients and the sales team, helping to report sales performance and sending monthly/weekly reports
  • Quality & Process Support: Help leadership identify opportunities to improve scripts, processes, call quality, scheduling, and overall team performance.

  • Who Weโ€™re Looking For

Weโ€™re looking for someone who is professional, dependable, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of both their individual responsibilities and broader team needs.

You may be a strong fit if you:

    • Have experience in sales, appointment setting, customer service, account management, team leadership, or a related role.
    • Are confident and professional speaking with people over the phone.
    • Are comfortable making calls and working within a structured dialing system.
    • Communicate clearly and professionally with both prospective investors and clients.
    • Are highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once.
    • Enjoy helping train, support, and coordinate other team members.
    • Are comfortable taking initiative and solving day-to-day operational issues.
    • Pay close attention to details and maintain accurate CRM records.
    • Are coachable and receptive to feedback.
    • Are interested in private equity, commercial real estate, investing, sales, or financial services.

Experience with CRM systems, appointment setting, call-center environments, or private equity is a plus, but not required.

A bachelorโ€™s degree in business, finance, real estate, communications, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required.

    Why Join Equity Raise?

This role offers an opportunity to build experience across sales, team leadership, client management, and private equity real estate.

    Youโ€™ll receive:

    • Hands-on exposure to private equity real estate and capital raising
    • Experience communicating with accredited investors and private investment firms
    • Opportunities to develop team leadership and account management skills
    • Training on private equity sales processes, qualification, CRM systems, and appointment setting
    • Direct interaction with Equity Raise leadership and clients
    • Opportunities to take on greater responsibility as Equity Raise continues to grow
    • Competitive base compensation plus performance-based bonuses
    • Medical, dental, and vision benefits
    • 401(k) benefits
    • Unlimited PTO for full-time employees
    • A collaborative, team-oriented work environment

    Interested in Joining the Team?

If youโ€™re a strong communicator who enjoys working on the phone, staying organized, helping a team perform well, and working directly with clients, weโ€™d like to hear from you.
