Investment Sales Broker

Position Overview

A growing real estate investment and management firm is seeking motivated Investment Sales Brokers to join its expanding team across the New York and New Jersey markets. The firm focuses on value-add real estate investments, including the acquisition and repositioning of multifamily and mixed-use properties.

This is an excellent opportunity for ambitious, driven individuals looking to build a career in real estate investment sales. No prior experience is required, and comprehensive training will be provided to the right candidates.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect and identify multifamily, mixed-use, and investment property opportunities.
  • Build relationships with property owners, investors, developers, and real estate professionals.
  • Conduct outbound calls and targeted business development outreach.
  • Assist clients with the acquisition and disposition of investment properties.
  • Research local real estate markets, property values, and investment trends.
  • Prepare property presentations, marketing materials, and investment analyses.
  • Generate new listings and develop a strong pipeline of potential transactions.
  • Coordinate property tours and client meetings.
  • Manage transactions from initial outreach through closing.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with clients and prospective business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior brokers and leadership to develop sales and market strategies.
