Pay Range: $52,000-$90,498
Actual compensation within the pay range will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.
Location: Providence, RI
Purpose/Objective:
The Investment Sales Associate supports financial advisors in delivering exceptional client service, executing transactions, and expanding client relationships. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and committed to continuous professional development.
Key Accountabilities:
  • Support financial advisors with daily sales and operational activities
  • Process client transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Meets with clients in person when necessary
  • Prepare client meeting materials, proposals, and portfolio reviews
  • Proactively follow up on client requests and identify service opportunities
  • Maintain and deepen client relationships through high-touch service
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and contribute to revenue growth
  • Stay current on market trends, products, and compliance requirements

Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree with related experience in financial services or retail organization preferred

Experience:
  • 2+ years counselling customers and selling financial products desirable

Skills & Knowledge:
  • Active securities and insurance licenses (Series 7, 63/65/66)
  • Relentless work ethic and a strong desire to learn and grow
