Mission

In this role, you will coordinate and track projects and proposals in collaboration with the external sales and internal teams. You will ensure that projects and proposals submitted by the sales team are managed, prioritized, and promoted to the relevant departments.


In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Ensure that projects/proposals submitted by the external sales team are prioritized by the various internal teams
  • Provide and forward proposals to clients, along with all necessary information for project follow-up
  • Assist and support the product development team in managing projects with clients
  • Draft various reports and presentations for the business development team and assist them in their duties
  • Comprehensively track client requirements, annual price lists, and ongoing proposals, and follow up with the relevant departments
  • Follow up with our clients regarding current and future proposals
  • Keep client files up to date
