As an Associate Internal Sales Director (AISD) for the Core market, you will assist the Internal Sales Desk (wholesalers) in meeting and/or exceeding sales goals. The primary goal of an AISD is to learn and grow into the Internal Sales Director (internal wholesaler) role. In this role you will gain an understanding of the financial industry, with a focus on learning key facts about Empower 401k products.
What you will do
  • Show drive and results when interacting with and completing tasks for constituent advisors, TPAs, and plan sponsors
  • Play a proactive role in your professional development and desire to achieve promotion into an Internal Sales Director role, wherein you will become the assigned internal wholesaler for a specific territory or territories
  • Actively listen with intuition, rephrase needs, and ensure messages were heard correctly so secondary, open-ended questions can be asked, followed by delivery of clear and accurate results that establish credibility quickly with new constituents
  • Create a structured and methodically approached scheduled that prioritizes relationships in an effort to gain the most value from each interaction
  • Provide support processing proposals and paperwork, ensuring excellence in data management and communication between internal departments, as well as proficiency in consultative selling, data analysis, ownership of tasks

  • FINRA 6 and 63 registrations required within corporate established timelines
  • FINRA fingerprinting required upon hire

Base Salary Range
$43,600.00 - $60,025.00
The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
