This position will work hands-on with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate, and Copilot) to support the development, testing, and refinement of AI-driven workflows and automation/agentic solutions within program management and operations.
The intern will play a key role in digital transformation initiatives by helping reduce manual work, improve data accuracy, and scale AI-enabled processes across the organization. A primary focus of this role will be iterating on AI (Copilot) outputs, refining prompts, and contributing to the development of repeatable, standardized automation workflows.
This role is best suited for a technically curious candidate who is interested in understanding how AI systems and automation tools function and how they can be applied to solve real business problems.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Support ongoing program management workflows, including Product Realization data maintenance, reporting, and documentation
  • Contribute to the development of standardized templates and repeatable processes for AI-assisted work
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Program Management, Product Realization, IT, and Operations) to identify automation opportunities
  • Assist in integrating data and automated solutions across tools (Excel, SharePoint, dashboards) to improve visibility and reporting
  • Participate in brainstorming and prototyping new AI-driven solutions to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency

  • Strong understanding of AI concepts such as prompting, model behavior, and output validation
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to take a structured, methodical approach to problem-solving and iteration
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly in a fast-paced environment

Education

Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a fast learner with a collaborative mindset who is comfortable working in ambiguous environments and iterating toward solutions.
