Help Desk Intern located in Waukesha, WI

This is an internship for those studying in the IT field with an interest in Help Desk Support. With the guidance of the Help Desk Supervisor, this position will trouble-shoot first-level tickets,track hardware and software inventory, assist departments with reports, and train Silgan staff on new and existing software.
