As an intern, you'll transform classroom knowledge into real-world impact, working alongside industry experts within a collaborative, people-first culture. Here, you won't just gain skills-you'll build lasting connections and open doors to future opportunities. Start your journey with us, and together, we'll help you shape your career with purpose and passion.
What You'll Do

  • Participate in our intern orientation, technical training and development programs designed to expose you to both tax and audit and to give you the tools needed to immediately contribute to clients.
  • Shadowing and performing procedures on various financial statement areas, including cash, accounts receivable, fixed assets, other assets, and accounts payable.
  • Gaining experience with various types of software, such as software used for bookkeeping, tracking fixed assets, and preparing tax returns and assurance work-papers.
  • Reviewing client financial statements and recording any necessary adjustments.
  • Working on payroll and 1099 annual filing requirements.
  • Work directly with a variety of clients across multiple industries ranging from start-ups and family-run businesses to multi-national corporations.

About You

  • Passion, drive, and an eagerness to learn define you.
  • Actively support our vision, mission, and core values, contributing to a culture of growth and excellence.

  • Confident communicator who connects effectively with individuals at all levels, building rapport and fostering collaboration.
  • Approach every opportunity with curiosity and a willingness to learn from peers and mentors.
  • Proactive self-starter, equally comfortable working independently or as part of a dynamic team.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical, with the flexibility to adapt and solve challenges.
  • Uphold the highest standards of integrity, maintaining confidentiality, and earning trust from colleagues and clients alike.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with a solid understanding of standard office technology.

Why Join Us:
