To thrive as an Interim Scrum Master, you need a solid understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and typically a certification such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM). Familiarity with Agile project management tools like Jira or Trello is commonly required, along with experience facilitating sprints and retrospectives.
