Summary
In this role, you will lead the design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise intelligent automation solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform and UiPath technologies. You will partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, modernize business processes, and deliver scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency, data visibility, and business outcomes. You will serve as a technical leader and mentor across automation initiatives, driving governance, best practices, and project delivery while supporting enterprise automation and digital transformation strategies.
Responsibilities
• Lead the design, architecture, development, and deployment of intelligent automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and UiPath technologies
• Serve as a subject matter expert for automation platforms, providing guidance on governance, scalability, best practices, and solution optimization
• Partner with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, assess business processes, and identify automation opportunities
• Develop and maintain solutions utilizing Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, AI Builder, UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and related technologies
• Drive automation and modernization initiatives by transforming manual and repetitive processes into scalable, efficient, and reusable solutions
• Lead technical delivery activities including solution design, development, testing, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement
• Ensure automation solutions adhere to enterprise standards for security, reliability, maintainability, and performance
• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate automation platforms with APIs, databases, cloud services, enterprise applications, and third-party systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues involving workflows, integrations, automation orchestration, and platform performance
• Lead automation projects and workstreams, managing timelines, priorities, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder communications
• Develop reporting, dashboards, and analytics solutions that improve operational visibility and support data-driven decision making
• Communicate technical concepts, recommendations, and project updates effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Mentor automation engineers, developers, and analysts through coaching, technical guidance, peer reviews, and knowledge sharing
• Support the advancement of automation governance frameworks, standards, and Center of Excellence (CoE) practices
• Research and evaluate emerging automation, AI, and low-code technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement
Qualifications
• Relevant degree preferred
• 7 or more years of experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise automation solutions required
• 5 or more years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and AI Builder required
• 3 or more years of experience with UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and related automation technologies required
• Experience designing and implementing scalable automation solutions within complex enterprise environments required
• Strong understanding of automation governance, platform administration, security, and best practices required
• Experience integrating automation solutions with APIs, databases, cloud services, enterprise applications, and third-party systems required
• Demonstrated ability to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and operational improvement required
• Experience leading technical projects and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment required
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues required
• Experience developing reporting, analytics, and dashboard solutions to support operational visibility and business outcomes required
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders required
• Experience mentoring technical team members and providing leadership across automation initiatives preferred
• Knowledge of AI, intelligent document processing, machine learning, or emerging automation technologies preferred
• Experience working within Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices preferred
• Strong collaboration, organizational, and stakeholder management skills required

Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $117,600.00 to $206,000.00.
