OTSI (Object Technology Solutions, Inc) has an immediate opening for a Intelligent Automation Governance Lead - SAP S4 Intelligent Automation Governance Lead - SAP S4 (Remote Role) MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES: The Intelligent Automation Governance Lead - SAP S4 is responsible for readying the Finance automation estate and AI platform for the SAP S/4HANA migration and future scale, ensuring that production automations complete the transition with no-to-minimal business interruption. This role owns the end-to-end assessment, disposition, and remediation of the automation portfolio (retain / redesign / retire / replace) and establishes the reference architecture and release-governance controls that safeguard automation continuity through S4 design, cutover, and hypercare. Working in close partnership with the SAP S4 project team, SAP IT teams, and the internal Finance AI & Automation team, the role finalizes and maintains the automation redesign / re-delivery roadmap in sync with the S4 implementation framework.

The ideal candidate combines strong intelligent automation expertise (UiPath), SAP S/4HANA impact awareness, and platform/release governance discipline to protect business continuity while enabling scalable, standards-aligned automation delivery. Ensure automation continuity throughout the S4 transition, executing remediation and re-delivery with no-to-minimal business interruption to Finance operations. Assess and disposition the full Finance automation portfolio for S4 readiness, classifying each automation as retain, redesign, retire, or replace.

Ready the Finance automation estate and AI platform for S4 migration and scale, ensuring automations remain resilient through the transition. Remediate high-impact automations ahead of the relevant S4 design and cutover gates, prioritizing based on business criticality and migration risk. Partner closely with the SAP S4 project team, relevant SAP IT teams, and the internal Finance AI & Automation team to finalize and maintain the automation redesign / re-delivery roadmap, kept in sync with the S4 implementation framework and timelines.

Establish and maintain a reference architecture for S4-compatible automations, including reusable patterns, standards, and design guardrails. Define and enforce release-governance checks so that 100% of production releases are routed through governance controls. Maintain a live disposition tracker and readiness dashboard providing visibility into portfolio status, remediation progress, and risk exposure.

Coordinate impact analysis for T-Code, BAPI, Fiori app, interface, and integration changes introduced by S4, and translate these into automation remediation requirements. Define release management, versioning, and change-control standards across Dev/Test/Prod environments. Prior participation in additional S/4 migration programs involving RPA portfolio migration and automation redesign.

Act as a trusted advisor to Finance leadership on automation continuity risk, governance posture, and S4 readiness QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE 7+ years of overall experience in Intelligent Automation / RPA delivery, platform governance, or enterprise automation lifecycle management. 5+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath-based automation solutions, including architecture and governance roles. Proven experience assessing and remediating large automation portfolios through major ERP or platform migrations.

Hands-on experience through a full or in-flight SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration journey (strongly preferred) - including how ECC-to-S4 changes (T-Codes, BAPIs, Fiori, table/data model changes, interfaces) impact existing automations and the sequencing of remediation across design, cutover, and hypercare. Strong understanding of Finance business processes including Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, and Shared Services operations. Demonstrated experience defining and operating release-governance and change-control frameworks in a production environment.

Prior experience as a Solution Architect, Automation Lead, Senior Engineer, or Principal Engineer in enterprise or large-scale AI/Automation environments. Experience collaborating with distributed development teams and global stakeholders across multiple time zones. Technical Expertise Intelligent Automation & Agentic AI (Mandatory) Deep hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Enterprise RPA architecture.

Strong proficiency in UiPath Agentic AI capabilities, including: UiPath Maestro Action Center & Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) frameworks UiPath AI Center Intelligent Xtraction Platform (IXP) Integration Services Conversational Agents in UiPath Good to Have: UiPath Apps, Data Fabric, Healing Agents, Screenplay, Autopilot. Ability to design and review UiPath libraries, reusable components, and enterprise automation frameworks. SAP S4 Integration & Continuity Strong understanding of SAP Joule and SAP Business AI, including how Joule complements UiPath agentic automation in an S/4HANA landscape, and its implications for automation redesign.

Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori applications, including how Fiori app changes in S4 impact UI-based and transactional automations. Strong working knowledge of BAPIs, RFC-enabled function modules, IDocs, and OData/REST APIs for building resilient, API-first automation integrations with SAP. Familiarity with SAP T-Codes, GUI transactions, and backend tables, and the ability to map their S4 equivalents for automation remediation.

Platform, Release Governance & Cloud Release management, versioning, environment governance (Dev/Test/Prod), and CI/CD for automation deployments. Preferred : Automation monitoring, exception handling, and production support governance practices. AI Tools, Integration & Data Hands-on experience designing and architecting automations using UiPath, including agent lifecycle management (Dev/Test/Prod configuration, governance, and cross-tenant migration).

Strong experience with API-based integrations, SharePoint Lists, Microsoft Graph APIs, MySQL / SQL Server, MongoDB, and structured/unstructured data sources. Added Advantage (Optional) Exposure to UiPath Bring-Your-Own-Model (BYOM). Leadership & Communication Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and Finance business users across time zones.

Proven ability to lead governance boards, design reviews, and readiness checkpoints across cross-functional teams. Ability to translate migration risk and automation impact into clear, executive-ready recommendations. Strong ownership mindset with end-to-end accountability for automation continuity through S4.
