Key Responsibilities
Business Engagement & Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders across supported organizations
• Act as a trusted partner and advisor, deeply understanding business needs and priorities
• Proactively nurture business relationships to grow the automation backlog and expand impact
• Identify opportunities to drive additional value through automation and process improvements
• Regularly engage stakeholders to align on priorities, roadmap, and delivery progress
Intake, Discovery & Opportunity Identification
• Lead intake and feasibility efforts by engaging with business stakeholders to:
o Understand core processes, workflows, and operating models
o Identify pain points, inefficiencies, and challenges
• Identify and shape new automation opportunities aligned to business needs
• Build and document end-to-end process workflows and process maps
• Define and document:
o Problem statements
o Scope of automation
o Business requirements and expected outcomes
• Develop business case value, including efficiency gains, cost savings, and operational impact
Automation Roadmap & Prioritization
• Partner with business stakeholders to shape and manage automation roadmaps for supported business groups
• Evaluate and prioritize opportunities based on value, complexity, and strategic alignment
• Own and manage the opportunity pipeline and product backlog
• Lead backlog refinement to ensure readiness and clarity for development
End-to-End Opportunity Delivery Ownership
• Own and manage the full lifecycle of automation opportunities, from intake through delivery and post-production support
• Develop detailed delivery plans, including:
o Timelines and milestones
o Resource planning and hours allocation
• Perform and validate effort estimates across requirements, development, and testing
• Track and report status, progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership (LT) and business stakeholders
• Proactively identify, manage, and resolve risks, dependencies, and blockers to ensure successful delivery
Requirements & Product Management
• Lead requirements gathering in close partnership with business teams
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
• Own backlog management, prioritization, and refinement
• Facilitate user story reviews and secure business sign-off prior to development handoff
• Ensure clear, structured handoff of requirements to technical teams
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, automation SMEs, and business teams to drive delivery
• Serve as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and clarity
• Manage dependencies across cross-functional teams
Automation Performance & Continuous Improvement
• Define and track KPIs and success metrics to measure automation value
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess outcomes and identify enhancements
• Lead continuous improvement efforts, including:
o Process optimization initiatives
o Creating enablement materials (e.g., demo videos, walkthroughs)
o Supporting adoption and knowledge sharing
Innovation & Emerging Technology Enablement
• Contribute to solutions leveraging:
o Artificial Intelligence (AI)
o Agentic automation frameworks
o Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
o Web-based applications
• Utilize prompting tools and AI techniques for analysis, day to day activities and solution support
• Apply hands-on experience with modern AI tools, such as:
o Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio
o GitHub Copilot
o Claude and other large language model-based tools
o Emerging AI platforms and productivity tools
• Support innovation initiatives and experimentation with new technologies
Domain Expertise Development
• Build and maintain deep knowledge of supported business domains and processes
• Act as a subject matter expert and strategic advisor to business stakeholders
• Continuously enhance understanding of industry trends and automation best practices
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in in Product Management, Product Ownership, and Project Management
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end lifecycle of automation or digital products
• Strong expertise in:
o Process analysis and business discovery
o Requirements gathering and documentation
o Backlog prioritization and roadmap management
o Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Hands-on experience with:
o RPA solutions
o AI and intelligent automation technologies
o Web application delivery
• Experience working with modern AI tools such as:
o Copilot, Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar tools
• Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, including executive-level reporting
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with agentic AI or advanced automation frameworks
• Strong process mapping and data analysis capabilities (e.g., Power BI)
• Certifications in Agile, Business Analysis, or RPA platforms
• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy benefits management (PBM), or similar industries
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's degree or MBA preferred
