Role: Playwright Intelligent Automation Lead

Location: Dublin, CA
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days/week in office – Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)

Role Summary

We are seeking a visionary AI Lead to drive the development of next-generation intelligent automation solutions. In this role, you will design, build, and scale AI Copilots and Agentic Workflows by integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) with browser automation using Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Playwright.

You will play a key role in bridging AI capabilities with real-world automation systems, while leading technical teams and ensuring solution scalability and reliability.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the architecture and design of MCP-based agentic workflows, AI copilots, and Playwright automation frameworks
  • Define and enforce engineering standards, governance practices, and security guidelines
  • Drive technical decision-making, including architecture reviews and risk assessments
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, and delivery teams to align technology with business objectives
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to engineering teams
  • Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies, tools, and frameworks for adoption
  • Support project planning, estimation, resource allocation, and risk management

Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) (building or integrating MCP servers and clients)
  • Strong hands-on experience with LLM ecosystems, including:
    • LLM APIs
    • Prompt engineering
    • Function calling
    • Agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI)
  • Deep expertise in Playwright automation framework development and architecture
  • Strong understanding of AI agents, agentic workflows, and LLM integrations
  • Proficiency in TypeScript, along with JavaScript or Python
  • Experience working with cloud platforms and API integrations
  • Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver large-scale implementations
