Job Summary:
Georgia IT, Inc. is seeking a QA Automation/Test Engineer to join their team in Irvine, CA. The role involves extensive SDET/QA testing experience, including full-stack testing, manual testing, and automated testing, while collaborating across functions to ensure quality assurance for multiple projects.
Responsibilities:
• Extensive SDET/QA Testing experience including full-stack testing, manual testing (functional, usability, UAT), database testing (Sybase) and automated testing (integration, regression)
• Experience in at least two modern high-level programming languages (Java and JavaScript (ReactJS specifically))
• Accustomed to using automated testing tools and techniques (Appium, Selenium, Cucumber, API Testing, Maven, CI/CD)
• Experience in code coverage techniques (JaCoCo, Cobertura, Parasoft JTest)
• Experience in scripting (UNIX, JUnit)
• Experience and expertise within Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience in test planning, designing, data mapping, defect creation and QA metricizing (KPI measurement, reports creation)
• Effective prioritization skills with the ability to provide QA support for multiple projects
• Innovative and curious to come up with interesting test scenarios and apply appropriate methods to any given test scenario (gap/comparative analysis)
